Yes, we offer parking facilities. Each unit is allowed one car. Parking at the front is for short-stay guests and visitors, while long-stay guests can park inside the building. The cost is $100 per month, or just $50 per month for those who rent for a year.

For guests who booked 28 days and beyond, an electricity fee of $0.25/kWh and a water fee of $0.65/m³ will be charged.
